I havn't upgraded yet but I want to get Vista 64bit OS but have heard BF2 won't work. I'm bumed cause I love that game and want to here from you if that is true.

not true, installed it, patched up to previous version (is the new patch out yet?) runs fine, vista had some issues with punkbuster but give it appropriate privileges and update it manually (big faq on punkbuster about it) and it'll work fine.
