Oblivion eyes rolled back into heads

Whenever i start oblivion, all the characters eyes are rolled back into their heads, apparently this has something to do with double texturing, whatever that means anyway can anyone find me a solution to this eye problem, as i wouldnt want oblivion looking like a horror movie for the rest of my life. ( and yes i did reinstall it, and still weird eyes)

Really??this sounds really funny..can't imagine that would happened..did you try to adjust the graphic properties,changing reso,or whatever setting it is?
