I'm building a PC for a friend on a really tight budget, so i'm looking to buy either a core 2 duo or core 2 quad. I'm partial to q6600s, but everything will be considered. Thank you.

If you're on a REALLY tight budget, go Athlon II x3 + mobo for $120 or so.

i have a x6800 extreme dual core 2.93. was in a water cooled i am rebuilding oc to 4.2 with no issue.. ran at 4.0 normally

will sell it for 110 + 12 shipping with original heatsink/fan usused or 100 + 12 shipping without fan/heatsink.
