Blue screen of death while playing Crysis and Crysis Warhead?

Hi, ive been having some problems playing my games lately, ive been playing Crysis and Crysis warhead. and lately ive been getting a blue screen of death after about an hour of playing (Usually right before the next level starts)

Heres what it says on the BSOD:

STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xBD0C8429, 0xB32A39DC, 0x00000000)

Nv3_Disp.dll - Address BD0C8429 at BD012000 Datestamp: 39FA9526.

Thats all. Ive checked my video card and cpu temps and they all seem normal...

Heres my system specs:

Intel Quad core @2.33ghz
Nvidea gforce 8800 GT
4gb DDR2 Corsair RAM
250gb Kingston sata harddrive

anyone have an idea what the problem could be? im guessing my video drivers (updating now..) i just want some other oppinions

Nv3_Disp.dll is right ,it is your video driver,, maybe updating will work maybe going back to a previous set will work,,I has the same problem with the latest 198.xx so went back one and my 8800gt seems fine,have had same issue with other Nvidia drivers also just have to get which one's work [at the moment] installed who knows maybe in a week or three for whatever reason the other [previous] drivers will work..
