Can you ID the ?????? script in html pages????

I would like to find this script so I know what ot look for and kill it.

anyone else gone to thr wrong webpage and then all of a sudden no matter what you copy and paste, when you paste all ???????? show up. now it will paste right into note pad, but not in any browser or mail program.

the only way to make it stop is to reboot your machine, winme and 2k.

i would like to find the person who wrote that and just poke them in the eye real hard. get nice and close and with good aim, just jab them right in the puple.

I would like to Id the code that does that. I do not know which page did it so i have no idea what i am looking for. i am hoping someone knows what it is and or uses it and can post it her or tell me where to find the code.

Speaking of mods, 2 days ago I hosted a server (me vs a friend of mine) in counterstrike, and when I created it, there was this player there. I asked him to leave a few times, but he doesn't. He goes on to say I've planted the bomb bla bla bla, and finally I try to kick him. Doesn't work. I thought it was a hacker, and started checking everything, and finally relized it was a bot. hehe.
