That's one of the problems using FAST (assuming you did so). See...

Here's the solution for your predicament:
1. Determine the store folder location of all three (3) identities in your
User Profile and which of them are hers. Each will have its own, unique
GUID (long series of numbers/letters):

2. In her User Profile, create her two (2) identities anew via OE File >
Identities > Add a new Identity.
[I would suggest /not/ using the default 'Main Identity' at all as its much
more prone to corruption; Delete it altogether after creating her two Named
Identities.]
3. To import her messages, in each of her two (2) identities:
File > Import > Messages > OE6 > from an identity (choose correct one) >
