open shortcuts in a new windows

open shortcuts in a new windows is something I had working before the pccillin
crash of the 23rd. But can't find it anymore. I reinstalled sp2.

I've been thru that listing over and over again in the past few weeks and never
saw it till now.
Guess it's time to increase the font sizes.
