open shortcuts in a new windows is something I had working before the pccillin
crash of the 23rd. But can't find it anymore. I reinstalled sp2.

I've been thru that listing over and over again in the past few weeks and never
saw it till now.

Forget my previous reply. Toggling it checked makes the shortcut grab any
window that's open. Needing to backtrack to the page it over wrote.

I had it toggled off so it would open every shortcut in it's own window, but it
wasn't doing it which is why I asked the question. Thought my eyes were gone.
