800 mhz system running at 200mhz

recently built up my new system and after running WPUID, it displays that my current clock speed is running at 200mhz and not 800 mhz
Can anyone help????????? or suggest why this happening!

The Pentium 4 series of processors uses a "quad pumped" FSB (Front Side Bus). Meaning, the 800MHz FSB is a 200MHz bus with four signals per cycle (200 x 4 = 800). Likewise, the 533MHz FSB is a 133MHz bus.
