...i just went to check some xbox 360s at my local stores ...
they sell modded xboxes, they showed me the whole console and other ports and wires....
i checked the manufacture date and it was 2009.17.04..
also the power connector socket showed six holes and 2 bars avobe them (..err..what they say it!! i don't know)...i also wrote the model serial no ...umm..it is ..009167591507...
my bad, i 4 got to check if it was 12A or 150 W.....
now is it jasper??....oh...i remember it had hdmi port also

and ...if it is jasper ,is there any chance it wont show red rings??....i wanted to buy one...

If it was manufactured in 2009, it's gonna be a jasper. And there is a much lower chance it will show the red rings.
