Ever since the latest patch my video hangs in combat, it's more like 4 or 5 pictures a second. Anyone else having this problem?

What graphics card do you have?

The new patch improves visuals a bit, especially shadows. So when there are a lot of things happening on screen (i.e. a lot of players on screen, alot of spell effects, etc) your fps will drop. If u have shadows on try turning them to low. if that doesn't help try turning down some more of your settings.

If none of the above shows any improvement it could be server lag.
