Asus P4PE motherBoard

Hello ppls,
I am just making a new computer and i was wondering if a Asus P4PE motherboard would be powerful enough to run a 2.4Ghz P4 with 800mHz hyper therding.

I cant seem to find the P4P800 although that was the mobo i was going to go with if this one wasnt good enough. Do you know where i can find out about the specs of the p4p800 mobo? i cant seem to find them onm the asus site

Also i heard those mobo had problems when putting 2 PC3200 kingstom rams sticks in? which i intend to do has ne one else heard about this?
