Ok guys. I have a dell studio 540.

CPU-Q8200 2.33ghz
GPU-HD4670
RAM-4GB
Vista 32 bit

SAMSUNG Syncmaster P2250G 21.5"

When I play any game and I move my mouse, the clouds begin to flick or create black shadows on it's edges and stop once I stop moving my mouse. This is a pretty new computer and I want to know what's wrong. Please reply. Is this hardware problem or software problem. If this is hardware problem, I'll probably ship it back to Dell to get it fixed.

It is probably a software issue as many dell systems loaded with vista has around 60 services running at idle. You may want to off load unnecessary services and see if this problem stops.

Updater ur drivers, also disable those services in startup. Run 3d mark Vantage on it too and see what happens when u put alot of stress on the card.
