This happens with 2 games the first one was Painkiller Overdose and now it is Madden 07. When I had the problem with Painkiller I was told what the remedy was and I remember most of it and it went something like this CTRL,ALT, and Delete and I was suppose to stop a process and can not remember which one. This problem had to do with having dual core processor. Does anyone know what process it is.

You need to set core affinity to just one of your cores.
