News is that an Australian spammer is now suing an anti-spam website for "loss of busness" and costs associated with obtaining a new static IP.

hope to hell they dont win.

It tries loading it for about 30 sec, I can see the DD clunking away, but no go!

WTF... that second link article was weird. How can a spammer sue a anti-spam website... I thought spamming was illegal, they should be suing him.
