hi all,i am building a gamimg pc with a limited budget,i need some opinions on my choice of hardware,i have a gigabyte motherboard GA-EP-45-UD3L----C.PU. is a INTEL CORE 2 DUO E7600 3.06GHZ----an NZXT APOLLO case and a radeon 4870 512 graphics card,as yet i have not decided on a power supply or ram memory for my pc,any ideas are very welcome, THANKS IN ADVANCE

Well i can tell you this with the money you have get a 500W power supply unless you want to run two GPU's and get just 4gb or cam from g-skill or something like that that should run you $60 +- for the RAM and you should be able to get a good PSU for less then 100! as for you GPU i say get the 1GB one to make sure you get the most out of it!

Hope this helps !

FWIW, looks like a good build, you'll need a decent power supply (600W+) as the 4870s draw a lot of power at load.
Mem, are you going 64 or 32 bit OS? That will influence your choice somewhat.

------------------------------ GA-X38-DS4 (BIOS F3)||E8400 C2D (3.6GHz)||2x 1Gb Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 4-4-4-12||320Gb WD Caviar||2x 750Gb WD Caviar||Cooler Master Real Power Pro 750W||2x HD4870 512Mb(Crossfire)||HT Omega Striker 7.1
