Another Level d question

Ok I saw how the last guy to ask this left out badly wounded and bleeding but answers are what I need so I will run the gauntlet....I purchased my Level d aircraft through flight 1 and have sent them e-mails to the same effect of what I am saying to you all....I had a hard drive crash and I had the level d installer and key file on a flash drive so it made it out fine but when I installed the level d on my new hard drive it states bad liceanse error and wont run....Now I cant get info from flight one because the e-mail I last had is shut down and I have not the foggiest clue what the order # was...Also I cannot remember what my password is in the forum for Level d and have requeted help from them but again that is only sent to me based on an e-mail that is no longer activated....I think I have what I need on this flash drive but heres the main question I have a level d key file on the flash drive that I have no idea where on my main computer is it supposed to go so maybe the level d will run...Any solutions please...Thanks
