I play freelancer and freespace 2 whenever i have the chance, but eventually i will finish both, I was considering buying darkstar one, any good yay or nay?

I used to play it about a year ago, I enjoyed it. The leveling up of the ship adds a lot of "must push on" feeling to it. Since it gets addictive after the first couple upgrades.
I think steam has the game on sale for $4.99, definitively worth the price.
If you like space simulators that are a bit arcade y go for it.
