Can I OC This MB?

I am getting:

PIV 2.4c
ASUS I865PE ASGP8x Dual DDR mb
512mb PC3200

I want to OC the 2.4c and wanted to make sure that I could do so with this board. Sorry if this is a stupid question. Thanks.

Yes, you can indeed overclock with that motherboard.
