NForce2 Ultra MBs

I was looking into upgrading from my crappy amd 761 chipset and was hoping I could start with just a MB. Will the Nforce 2 ultras support my old Athlon socket A 1.33 and my PC2100 memory?. I can't really afford right now to buy all three components so I was hoping the motherboard would be backwards compatible with my old junk. Anyone know for sure?
