graphics/pictures

Some web pages have graphics/pictures with a red "X." How can the graphic
be opened? Using the right mouse button over the "X" produces no result that
enables the graphic to be opened.

My browser is IE; email is OE.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks...Jim
