running a P4 Dell, 3 gigs memory, 8600 GT Nvidia 1 gig card, when playing COD multiplayer, the action clips every 10 seconds. Just stops very quickly then continues. Otherwise, the graphics are perfect. Is this the server or lack of performance on my sysytems part?

Can i ask how you connect to the internet? I tried using a PCI Wi-Fi Card instead of my dongle and this produced "lag spikes" like you described at regular intervals. Going back to my Wi-Fi dongle cured this problem instantly.
