I click on any website and my internet freezes up and a box pops up and says
" windows will have to close due to error, sending error report to
microsoft." I have tried everything, any one have any suggestions please?

Thanks!

What is the exact error that you get? Windows will have to close due to error
doesn't really tell us what application is closing, but I assume it's
Internet Explorer encountered a problem and needs to close. More information,
what type of connection do you have? What is the everything that you have
already tried?

open ie. Tools->Internet options->advanced->restore defaults

reboot the machine and see if that fixed it. If not

start->control panel->add/remove->add remove windows components tab.

reinstall/repair IE from the original OS CD.

Then again you may have picked up a virus.

Tanya,

Have you tried 'Send Error Report'? Usually when you send the error report
you get something back from MS suggesting where the problem might be.
