Selling AMD CPU and Mobo

Hi all, looking to sell my AMD CPU and motherboard. The CPU has been unlocked to 4 cores and had a slight overclock, however the computer was only used maybe once or twice per week. Selling because I don't use and need it anymore.

AMD Phenom ii x2 555 black edition - $75
Asus M4A785TD-V EVO - $75

Will sell both together for $140
