Java needed

Hi,
I have replaced hard drive on my laptop. I have Windows XP Home. Now I need
java. I went to sun java website and got confused what kind of java to
download. Some have other components. I just want to play games at pogo.com.
Which java do I need to download? A link will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
