wireless home security camera

l want to be able to watch surveillance of my house on my laptop, can l do
this? do l need a video capture card?

lm thinking of outdoor and indoor surveillance, so if l go o/s l can log on
and see whats happenning...possible? does a web cam act as a security camera
too? l just got a wireless security camera to put outside that l can watch
through my tv via a receiver but ideally would like to use tv and
laptop......help, lm not a wiz on this! LOL
