Hi
I can't seem to watch VCD's on my computer and i was wondering if there is a
programme which allows me to watch VCDs. These VCDs have like all these files
in them, i just cannot work out how to watch them.
Also, i have tried to watch little videoclips on the net, but my IE all ask
me to open or save the file? I use to be able to just watch them off the net,
is there a way to change this? Thanks for your help if anyone does help !

Get the right codecs.. I recommend K-Lite Codec Pack.

If you want to watch them off the net, select the Save to disk option when IE
asks. Then you can navigate to the file and watch it as many times as you
want.
Using the Open option will cause the film clip to play in the selected
program, but won't be saved onto your hard drive.
