Trying to find old old gamw

hi there,
im trying to find old game, ag for life me i can think of the name, i see its name once in blue moon type thing and then it slips my mind, all i can remember from the game is, its 3d, you ether u.s.a or russia,
You gotta conquer the moon then mars ether as one them, you get choice of different tabks to use, and you get resources to get more vehicles out, etc etc, i really liked this game, but been long im trying to hunt down any links i know to see if i can find it that way, but i got no clue where to start on the web, if anyone can help, it was made in the 1990's some where, probly mid 90's
please help
