A7N8X Deluxe RAID?

Does this board only support SATA RAID & not PATA RAID? From reading the manual that's what I seem to get out of it. Building one right now & wanted to run RAID on PATA. Don't think I can without getting a RAID card. Need conformation, TY.

Its been asked <A HREF="http://forumz.tomshardware.com/hardware/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=546564#546564" target="_new"> HERE </A> before. i think the answer to ur question is YES. It has only SATA RAID.

U know what. RAID is synonymous with a computer these days. And i dont even know what it is. LOL. I got to read that FAQ in the HDD section .

LOL!!! Yea, read the FAQ & you'll get it.

It's not my rig, I have no use for RAID myself. I built it for my cousin. He's into video editing & such. That's where RAID 0 shines.
