Asus N7n8x 2.0 deluxe vs n7n8x

I plan on going with a Asus n7n8x mobo, but which version-the deluxe or regular? what's the difference and why is the deluxe $20 more?

Also planning on:

Barton 2800 333mhz CPU
corsair 3200 400mhz RAM

Let me know what you all think.

Good and fine. The deluxe has a few more bells and wistles thats about it. Like dual lan and I think the deluxe also has surround sound. Yup that's about it. Personally I want the surround that's why I'm going deluxe.

Deluxe version has the nForce APU (excellent audio), Firewire, Serial ATA (RAID), 2nd LAN port
