User Account need help ASAP

My computer usually starts off to desktop but today it made me click to my
user so i clicked it and tried to fix it so i tried to delete the user
account by making my .net framework to computer admin and the user account to
limited account and now i have a user account with limited access and i cant
find my computer admin i cant see it in the user account settings and i cant
change anything. anyone know how to fix this please i need help

Try booting into Safe Mode (by pressing F8 as Windows starts to load) and
logon as the administrator there.

Hi friend,

One way to solve your problem ud b to start your comp in safe mode. When
your machine is booting up, continue pressing F8, on the welcome screen you
will see an user name called Administrator. Click on that user. The screens
ud appear strange. It is absolutely normal. Now you can go ahead and create a
user with administrator status and reboot. When you login to the newly
created username, your problem is solved !!
