If someone with an IGP board and does some overclocking with a utility like 'cool bits';what exactly is being overclocked? Is it the northbridge? Would the whole chipset be overclocked or just the part that handles graphics?

The graphics card has it's own clock crystal, which leads me to believe it also has it's own clock generator. So the motherboard itself should be unaffected.
