There was the most magnificent rainbow outside about 15 mins ago. Actually there were two. One was faint, but the other was the brightest I have ever seen in my life. You could see both ends of the bright one (it was inside the the faint one), and the colour of the sky was amazing!

Inside the bright one the sky was bright, the sun shone and all was cool. Outside it, the sky was dark and it looked like thunder was on the cards.

Gotta few photos. I have no idea if rainbows show on them, or if they will come out, but here's hoping.

Just thought I'd share that one with you. LoL! I'm sounding like Pikey. No offense Pike. Sometimes it's great to see nature at work.

Let me guess, A roygbiv rainbow on top followed by a dark band below that and a vibgyor rainbow below the dark band? Pretty cool isn't it.

Even better if you're near a lake and catch a reflection. But you know what? rainbows don't have reflections. So whats that in the lake...

yeah.

once i saw a complete CIRCULAR rainbow

we were up in a light plane at the time and had just flown by/below a large thunderstorm cloud

pretty cool to see

Yeah, I've seen that before and it comes out on film. It's kinda tough to get the whole scope of things, but you'll at least get the rainbow.

Well its ironic you say that because I was just playing around with a VB.NET practice program on my laptop. The TV is on with the volume low. Out of the corner of my eye I swear I just saw a commercial on TV advertising black maxi pads. I guess its a better choice than green.
