I am having TCPIP warning everyday. The description is:

TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent
TCP connect attempts.

Could someone advise me how to fix this error? Your help would be
appreciated.
I am using Maxthon (a multi-tab browser) as the default web browser. I am
wondering whether the error has to do with TCPIP warning or not.
