HDMI to 360 Capture Card

My sistuation:

I have a 360 elite. I use HDMI cable to hook to my tv. I use audio connection that came with the 360 strictly for my Turtle Beach X41 headset. I want to buy a capture card for my PC that will capture my HD video at the highest quality possible and record it and still be able to play on my TV. My TV is also my monitor by the way. Is there anything like this out there? If there is could you point me in the right direction?

dont know about the capture card, but for the turtle beach x41's, you should use the black optical cable that came with them if you are not... that way you are getting dolby digital 7.1 surround sound instead of just left and right.
