Asus P4P800 vs MSI 865PE-Neo2 LS

I am going to buy a new computer with P4 2.4C 800FSB CPU.
Which mobo, Asus P4P800 or MSI 865PE-Neo2 LS, would u suggest? It seems that MSI has a better performance but less stable, am I right?
My computer will be used for playing games and begin a mini server, so which mobo is more stable?
For RAM, would u suggest Samsung (Original) or Kingston for PC3200 256MBx2 to work better with the above mobos?

If you get the NEO and you get an early bios version, you could kill the board when you try to flash it. Get the ASUS or Abit board.
