Blizzard registry is down please advise me int he right direction

I have just gotten advice on where to go to download the game if i have the cd key, the game i am reffering to is starcraft. I went to blizzard.com and tryed to register but it is undergoing maintnance and has been for quiet some time i was informed.

Can someone please tell me how i can download the game?? like i said i have the cd key all i need is the game itself or files in my case..
