I haven't gone through the list yet but Tom's 24 motherboard review was great but I have come across an error after I ordered the MSI Neo2 865PE-LS motherboard. The error is that in the award section the picture shown is the MSI Neo2 865PE-FIS2R but the table with prices on the right of the picture of the motherboard points MSI Neo2 865PE-LS motherboard. What is up with that? Which motherboard was used for the review? I would really hate to RMA another mobo to newegg :(

Haha, d00d, that's what we call an advertisement. Basically it's all done electronically, the software sees the keyword and picks the lowest prices. It has nothing to do with the review.

If you want to see accurate reviews of these boards and the CPU clock speeds normalized, check out the reviews at Anandtech.

I gave you your freaking answer, the price is NOT part of the review. Are you hard headed?

By using logic and 3 minutes of searching, I found this:

Here is the link of the THG review page I used:

<A HREF="http://www6.tomshardware.com/motherboard/20030707/i875p-57.html" target="_new">http://www6.tomshardware.com/motherboard/20030707/i875p-57.html</A>

Here is the MSI link I used:

<A HREF="http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=433" target="_new">http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=433</A>

From the above said logic, I noted that the board that Tom's used, had SATA RAID. The only version of this board that has SATA RAID is the 865PE Neo2-FIS2R. It is also the only version with gigabit LAN.
[GbE LAN, IEEE 1394, Serial ATA(SB), Ultra/Serial ATA RAID(Promise)]

I too once had money, then I got into computers...

No problem! Now you just have to figure out if you needed the Gigabit LAN and the SATA RAID....
