Ethertwist hub cable?

I recently bought an HP J2355A EtherTwist Hub PLUS/24 S. It has two
50-pin Centronics connectors for twisted-pair ports.

I either need the pinouts for these ports or adaptor cables to go to
regular 10-baseT ethernet.

I want to use this to network several older computers together, so the
10Mbit speed is fine.

I couldn't find anything relevent on the Web. There's a software
upgrade, but no pinouts...

Help?!?
