Building new system need some sudgestions...

Hi all...

I am about to make a system for a freind... Has anyone had experience with geil golden dragon memory on a 865 based mobo?

this is what the system is looking like at the moment...if anyone could sudgest a better graphics card for the same money and/or a 865 based board that supports ide raid (for a similar price) that would be appreciated...

This system will be a mid end mainstream system...

If you see any goof ups or would recomend a diffrent part for a simular price i would appreciate your sudgestion...

Has anyone run win 2k pro on a hyperthreading system? Does the performance lag compared to Xp?

btw the hard drive will be salveged from is current system...wd 40gb 7200rpm... i would like to find a board that supports ide raid 0 so i could slap in another 40gb drive..
