hi, i just had my new computer....i found that my computer cannot detect any
audio equipment although the hareware should be installed properly

what can i do to activate the audio equipment?

Click on Start, Help and in the Search Window, type: sounds troubleshooter
.. This will open the Windows Troubleshooter for sound related problems.
It will guide you through the process and, most likely, resolve your issue.
