Start up

[WTF]

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers (More info?)

every time I turn on my computer a file folder comes up that I have to exit
to get to my desktop. I know this is probably very simple, but I can not
figure out how to prevent this file form coming on at start-up. Any
suggestions
