The case is, NV reference MCP-T southbridge has the nForce APU, but it leaves for the manufacturers to decide whether they want to use the APU or not and all but Chaintech decide to use them. To get things even confusing, NV comes out a SoundStorm certification and only some mobo w/MCP-T had been certified but even one doesn't get certified, the sound quality, system resource usage, etc are still the same. So the paper certification can be ignored.
