Boot from RAID

I'm going to be building a computer pretty soon and was considering running Dual WD Raptors in a RAID 0, i've heard that this can be sometimes tricky to setup to boot from, anyone know exactly howto do it, i'm probally gonna be running a Neo2-FIS2R, and also as a side note, where can i look for into on optimizing this board, i've heard it can be much faster once you go through the bios and setup everything correctly, thanks for any help, oh btw i'll be using Windows XP pro most likely
