I have successfully installed age of empires 3 game and when i tried to access it a message is arriving that to insert disk 1. what to do to run the game

Two options:

a) Insert Disk 1, which if you bought the game, is the disk labelled, er, Disk 1.
b) Throw away your pirate version and buy the game. Then refer to a).

the installation cd is have three disk. after complete installation, just insert disk one then play the game. i suggest to make the image of those disks (most important: disk one) using disk image creator such as alkohol then insert using virtual disk such as daemon in order to keep the orig disk fine.
