I disabled DHCP cause I was trying to route the cable internet to a hub and then have people connect from there. However now tha tI have disabled DHCP Not even I have internet access(right now this is directly from the modem). I tried going to http://192.168.0.1 which is the router's default IP configuration and there is nothing there. I tried power cycling the router and reseting it. None of that helped. I dont care about getting the hub to work with it now. I just want internet access for the computers directly connected to the router. I have a D-Link DI-604 if that helps. Please help me quick! I'm at a LAN and am trying to get some people internet access! Help as soon as possible. It would be so greatly apprieciated.

a few things...

you can't ping the router? What address did you give the workstations? Is the netmask/gateway address correct? Is the router getting a WAN address from the cable modem? If not, did you power cycle the cable modem?

It's always the one thing you never suspected.
