MS refers you to KB article 871122, but does not tell you how to fix
it. You must use the Linksys utility to control the connection. You
also must go into Administrative tools -> Services, find, stop and
disable the service called wireless zero configuration. If you fail
to disable the service the next time you reboot you will have the same
trouble.
