I have some doubt about the IDE configuration for the Asus p4p800; I use a dual boot sys (W98SE & W2K), and want buy a S-ATA HD: for W2K the setting in the bios is "Enhanced mode" , but for W98SE is "Compatible mode". I'll use only the S-ATA HD, not EIDE disks (ATA channels only for CD-ROM & CD-WRITER): should I change the setting in the bios everytime system boots from one OS or other?

Its a little trouble, but thats the way I do it between Win98SE and WinXP Pro.

But I'm also running each OP/SYS on its own hardrive.
