GA-8INXP 800mhzFSB?

I have the GA-8INXP from Gigabyte & i wanted to upgrade my 2.4B(533fsb) to a 3C(800fsb). Is that M.b. compatible? Also I have 2Gb(333). Iwanted to upgrade to (400mhz)OCZ memory. Is it compatible with this board?

hi we also have a 8inxp and have tried to put a 800fsb on but it didnt work any help
