Dual channel ddr

Hi...

just bought a biostar m7ncd- pro, couldn't beat the price ($78 US) which has the NForce2 ultra 400 chipset. My question is this: The bios post shows dual channel enabled, but is there a gui app that will prove I'm in 128 bit memory mode once up in winxp?
