I doubt it. That integrated graphics solution sits pretty far down on the totem pole.
Minimum specs call for an nVidia 6800.

What resolution?

I don't think a driver update will help you play the game when it doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run.

As Alex requested, what Motherboard do you have? This will tell us whether you can add a newer model graphics card to your computer thus enabling you to play the game.
